The Leadership of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine

History

Born March 14, 1969 in Lebedyn, Sumy region.

Graduated from the Kyiv Higher Military Engineering School of Communication (qualification - communications engineer), the Personnel Training Institute of the Security Service of Ukraine and the National University of Sumy (qualification- a lawyer).

From 1992 to 2007 served in the Security Service of Ukraine.

From 2007 to 2010, was the First Deputy Head of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine – the Chief of the Tax Militsiya.

From March 2014 to July 2014 – the First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine –the Chief of the Main Department to Combat Corruption and Organized Crime of the Central Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine.

2014-2019 - People's Deputy of Ukraine (member of the Ukrainian Parliament- Verkhovna Rada) of the 8th convocation.

Lieutenant General.

Candidate of Juridical Sciences.

Awarded the Order of Merit 2nd and 3rd class, many national and foreign medals and decorations.

June 11, 2019, by the decree of the President of Ukraine No. 391/2019, was appointed the Chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

Married, has a son and a daughter.

Alieksieienko Andrii Viktorovych

History

Born July 29, 1963 in Chernihiv region.

In 1990 graduated from the Kyiv Taras Shevchenko State University.

Worked in various posts at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

November 27, 2017, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 389/2017, was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

 

History

Born November 17, 1969 in Rivne.

A graduate of  the Border Guard Institute of Ukraine, of the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine and of  the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Served in the Border Guard of Ukraine, the State Security Service of Ukraine and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Major General.

Was awarded the Order of Danylo Halytskyi and the President of Ukraine's decoration “For Participation in the Anti-Terrorist Operation”.

July 9, 2019, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine №50 / 2019, Valeriy Yevdokymov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

 

History

Born August 31, 1985 in Berdyansk, Zaporizhzhya region.

A graduate of the Kyiv University of Law at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and of the National Prosecution Academy of Ukraine.

Worked at the Prosecutor's Offices of Zaporizhzhya region and of the city of Kyiv. Since February 2018 – on military service in the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine in the positions of the Chief of the Judicial Department of the SRZU and the Adviser to the Chairman of the SRZU.

Lieutenant Colonel of Justice.

July 24, 2019, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 553/2019, Kateryna Slyadnyeva was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

Trehubenko Serhiy Semenovych

History

Born November 26, 1974 in Cherkasy region.

A graduate of  the Kharkiv Military Institute of the National Guard of Ukraine and

of the Graduate School of the Military Institute of Interior Forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Served in logistics departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Major General.

June 25, 2018, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine №184 / 2018, Serhiy Trehubenko was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
