DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE NO. 838/2024

On the Symbols of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine

1. To establish the emblem and flag of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

2. To approve the attached:

Description of the emblem of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;

Picture of the emblem of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;

Description of the flag of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;

Picture of the flag of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;

The procedure for using the emblem and flag of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

3. Decree of the President of Ukraine of February 1, 2019, No. 27/2019 “On the Symbols of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine” shall be considered invalid.

4. This Decree shall enter into effect on the day of its publication.
