Ukraine and the Council of Europe have signed an Agreement on the Establishment of a Special Tribunal for the Crime of russian Aggression Against Ukraine.

Authorities of Australia have imposed sanctions on 37 russians and seven russian companies. According to the updated blacklist, financial restrictions and a ban on visiting Australia now apply to members of the boards of Gazprom Neft, Gazprombank, RusHydro, Sovcomflot, Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and actor and blogger Vyacheslav Manucharov. Sanctions have also been imposed on: singer Shaman, TV presenter Maria Kiseleva, head of the News Media Publishing House Aram Gabrelyanov, blogger Vyacheslav Manucharov, First Deputy Director General of All-russia Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) Anton Zlatopolsky, and Director General of the Institute of the Internet Development Aleksei Goreslavsky. The list of sanctioned legal entities also includes the insurance company Soglasie, the processor manufacturer Baikal Electronics, JSC Mikron, and others.

President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda has said that the EU should use its 18th package of sanctions and the USA should use its instruments to force russia to the negotiating table.
