Over the past 100 days, partners have allocated EUR 113 million in additional aid to Ukrainian energy companies, and 86 humanitarian aid shipments have arrived in Ukraine – 1,126 tons of equipment and materials from 14 countries.

The government of Orenburg region has also reduced the size of the one-time payment for contract workers by 80 %.

The Ashinskiy Metallurgical Plant (AMZ) has decided to cut production and staff. By the end of the year, the company will mothball its stainless steel workshop and fire more than 300 employees. Other workshops are also practically idle, with people being sent on unpaid leave or transferred to reduced working hours. AMZ is a city-forming enterprise. It is one of russia’s largest producers of special alloys – amorphous and electrical steel, thick-gauge rolled products – for the needs of military plants, the oil and gas, chemical, nuclear, aviation, and space industries.

Residents of russian cities with a population of over one million continue to pay for foreign services. 68 % of muscovites surveyed pay for a foreign service subscription at least once a month. In St. Petersburg, this figure is 63 %, in Novosibirsk – 55 %, in Yekaterinburg – 52 %, in Kazan – 49 %, in Rostov-on-Don – 46 %, and in Krasnodar and Nizhny Novgorod – about 44 %.
