Members of the Coalition of the Willing, Ukraine, and the United States have signed a joint declaration on security guarantees for stable and lasting peace in Ukraine. “...The Coalition has made clear that Ukraine’s ability to defend itself is crucial to ensuring the future of Ukraine’s collective security and Euro-Atlantic security. A special coordination centre in the USA-Ukraine-Coalition of the Willing format will be established on the basis of the operational headquarters of the Coalition of the Willing in Paris. The coordination centre will be responsible for security guarantees for Ukraine.
