“russia claims to want peace, but last night it attacked Kyiv and other cities with 250 drones and 14 ballistic missiles. There are civilian casualties. “Last night’s attacks once again demonstrated that russia is seeking to inflict more suffering and destroy Ukraine. It is horrifying to see children among the innocent victims who were injured and killed. My thoughts are with the families of the victims today,” said EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy  Kaja Kallas.

“The russians are constantly increasing pressure. They are intensifying terror against the civilian population. The attacks are becoming more intense and frequent. They are laughing at the world!!! They are mocking the United States and any diplomatic attempts to achieve peace. Peace? What kind of peace? How will the world react to Putin’s terror and his obvious provocations? To his mockery of any ceasefire negotiations? Putin is clearly pursuing his stated goal of killing Ukrainians and forcing Ukraine to submit. Unfortunately, the only language he understands is the language of force,” said EU Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova after russia’s  massive air attack on the night of May 25.

“367 drones and missiles. At least 12 killed. Dozens of wounded. This is not the behavior of a country that seeks peace – this is a deliberate escalation and a brutal attack on innocent people. Moldova supports Ukraine. The world must respond with large-scale support for Ukraine,” President Maia Sandu wrote in X.

russia's fifth-generation Su-57E fighter jet did not show up  at the LIMA 2025 international exhibition in Malaysia, despite russian authorities’ official statements  that the aircraft would participate in the event. Instead of a combat vehicle, the russian united aircraft corporation presented only a model. This is not the first time moscow has tried to promote the export version of the Su-57, but again to no avail. The main problems with the Su-57E are delays in production, questionable quality, limited capacity of the russian industry under sanctions, and russia’s negative image on the international arms market.
