Employees are leaving “Pochta rossii” (“russia’s Post” – Transl.) en masse due to low salaries. In Lipetsk, an operator earns 22,000 rubles (≈8,500 hryvnias), and a postman earns 16,000 rubles (≈6,000 hryvnias). In the Krasnodar Territory, with an average salary of 76,000 rubles, the head of a post office is offered 23,000 rubles, which is actually comparable to the minimum wage in the country.

There are over 7,000 vacancies on the official website of “russia’s Post”. In the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, they are looking for operators and post office managers with salaries of “up to 45-47 thousand”. But these figures are only on paper: after taxes, the amount is reduced by thousands.

The reviews of former employees are all similar: “work for copecks”, “shortage of staff, one has to work for two or three people”, “complete chaos and abuse”.

Today, “russia’s Post” is a mirror of the entire system in the rf: loud reports to the top, promises of reform, and absolutely no results. Employees survive, customers joke for years about “lost parcels”, while the state pretends to keep the situation under control. “russia’s Post” has become another symbol of russia’s backwardness: a country with missiles and propaganda shows, but no decent wages even for postmen.
