russia loses about 1% of its scientists annually – such a rate of brain drain has not been recorded since the late 1990s. Over 60,000 researchers (most of them – physicists, computer scientists, astronomists and mathematicians) left the country in six years. The main countries of emigration are Germany, the United States, and Switzerland; the new ones are Armenia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kazakhstan.

The reason is that russian scientists are liquidated, imprisoned, or subjected to absurd persecution. Among the dead are the developer of the “Iskander”, the designer of the “Mars” Design Bureau, and a PhD in engineering who fell victim to black realtors. The convicts are a 77-year-old physicist for “high treason” and a hydrologist for “murders 20 years ago”.

The scientific environment in the rf is plunging into isolation, fear and degradation. The kremlin’s policy is systemically destroying science.
