The Contest to Decrypt the Phrase on the Commemorative Coin “The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine” Has Been Announced

The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine announces a competition to decrypt the text on the commemorative coin “The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine”.
The reverse of the coin “The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine” features a stylized trident, around which the words of a famous Ukrainian politician and public figure are encrypted in figures.
The cipher of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army and the code word chosen by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine were used for encrypting.
Anyone who wishes, is welcome to decrypt this sentence. Answers can be sent to the Service's email address press_inform@szru.gov.ua.
The first five participants to send the correct decrypted sentence will be rewarded by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
Six months after the coin is put into circulation, the decrypted text and the list of winners will be available on the official website of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine and in the Numismatic Products Catalog on the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine.
To participate in the contest, participants must provide their name and surname (patronymic), date of birth, place of residence and citizenship. The first five participants who correctly decrypt the sentence, will be invited to an interview, during which, among other things, they will have to define their position on the rf’s war against Ukraine. Citizens of the rf, the rb, and other persons who support the rf’s war against Ukraine are not allowed to participate in the contest.
