Lithuania promises to allocate EUR 30 million as some European countries plan to purchase long-range US Patriot air defense systems for Ukraine. This was stated by Minister of Defence of Lithuania Dovile Šakalienė after the Baltic countries Defense Ministers’ meeting with US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
“As for Romania’s support for Ukraine, it will continue, in particular in the military sphere,” said President of Romania Nicușor Dan4.
“We should be giving Ukraine what they need to target every one of these factories to reduce russia’s ability to keep producing drones on such a scale. To me, that’s a very practical thing that could be done,” said retired Lieutenant General Ben Hodges, former Commander of US Forces in Europe.
