US President Donald Trump has said that during his meeting with China’s leader Xi Jinping, the issue of Ukraine was raised. According to him, Beijing agreed to “work together” with Washington to end russia’s war against Ukraine.
Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and New Zealand issued a joint statement condemning russia’s aggression against Ukraine and assuring their unwavering support for our country. “Our support for Ukraine is unwavering. We reaffirm the need to ensure accountability to restore justice for victims and uphold the international order. We commit to cooperating to deprive russia of revenue from oil trading and to counter the activities of the shadow fleet,” the statement said.
Ukraine and Finland have agreed to continue coordination within the Finnish-Ukrainian Investment Fund (FUIF) and to develop new spheres of partnership between the Ukrainian and Finnish private sectors.
“The Turkish and Ukrainian peoples share a deep understanding of the price of independence and the sacrifices made to defend it. Both our nations know that territorial integrity and sovereignty are never given as gifts – they are earned, preserved, and restored with each generation,” said Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Ukraine Levent Bilgen. The Ambassador stressed that Türkiye is a staunch supporter of the inviolability of Ukraine’s territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence, does not recognize the illegal occupation of Crimea, and reiterates on all platforms that Crimea is Ukraine.
Ukraine has received $177 million from the World Bank to support healthcare and fiscal management.
“Ukrainska Bronetekhnika” (“Ukrainian Armored Vehicles” – Transl.) and the Czech defense group Czechoslovak Group (CSG) have launched the production of large-caliber shells in Ukraine.

Lithuania has closed its border with belarus for a month.
Poland has postponed the opening of border crossing points with belarus for several weeks. “Due to the events on the Lithuanian border, Warsaw will act in coordination and solidarity with Vilnius,” said Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of Poland Czesław Mrożek.
The EU is ready to impose additional sanctions against belarus if the “hybrid actions” against Lithuania continue.
In belarus, minimum labor and social pensions will be increased by 84 kopecks (approximately 10 hryvnias) from November 1.
