Germany has contributed EUR 250 million to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
The Swiss Federal Council has approved funding for eight new projects by Swiss companies totaling 135 million Swiss francs, aimed at supporting Ukraine’s recovery and enhancing its resilience.
Lithuania has delivered 253 tons of energy equipment to Ukraine.
Prime Minister of the Netherlands Rob Jetten has stated that his country will assist Ukraine with maintenance, spare parts, and ammunition for F-16 fighter jets. “russia is deliberately targeting civilian facilities and energy infrastructure, seeking to render Ukrainian cities uninhabitable and paralyze the economy this winter. We cannot allow this to happen,” he emphasized.
“russia must be held accountable for its actions and the destruction it continues to inflict in the Black Sea. The international community must increase pressure on russia until such hostile actions cease,” said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Margus Tsahkna.
“The intensification of attacks on Kyiv and strikes on civilian infrastructure demonstrate that the russian regime is not interested in peace. Our support for Ukraine remains unwavering and unchanged,” stated the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Ukraine. The diplomatic mission continues to operate in Kyiv despite russian threats against diplomats and shelling of the capital.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has emphasized that his country will determine the conditions for the Embassy’s operations in Ukraine on its own, rather than heeding the advice of the rf.
Special Representative of the Czech Chamber of Commerce for Ukraine, former Deputy Minister of Defense, and the Czech government commissioner for Ukraine's reconstruction Tomáš Kopecký believes that the Ukrainian Defense Forces’ “Vivaldi” operation has dashed the russian leadership’s hopes of achieving its goals in the Donbas.
