According to the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the rf's information operations are systemic and multi-level, while discrediting Ukraine and its leaders is their constant and main task. Therefore, the advantage in this struggle, and Ukraine’s main response, should be presence. “Where we are not present, the kremlin shows up. We have to be the first to speak, because silence is a space which gets filled with lies,” emphasizes the Foreign Intelligence of Ukraine.
By opening more and more classified archival documents of the former kgb, the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine continues to tell about hitherto unknown dirty methods from the kgb’s arsenal, in particular those used against the figures of the Ukrainian national liberation movement.
