The Ministry of Defense of the Netherlands has announced that it is sending decommissioned    F-16 fighter jets to Romania to train pilots, Ukrainians included. Some of the aircrafts will also be provided to the Ukrainian Armed Forces to perform combat missions.

“Trust the plane. It is a very, very powerful tool in the air. It's great for cornering, maneuverable, but also be careful in the beginning because you have to learn how to use it, and it's also important what equipment you have”, Commander of the Air Combat Command of the Netherlands Marcel van Egmond advised Ukrainian F-16 pilots.

Lithuania has announced the transfer of a new batch of military aid to Ukraine, which includes logistics equipment, ammunition, laptops, etc.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis has said that Ukraine should be able to freely use the weapons provided to it.

“I think a kind of sequence would be: first, EU membership, second, NATO membership”, President of Finland Alexander Stubb expressed his vision of Ukraine's prospects.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has said that the US administration is studying Ukraine's “victory plan”.
